1)
What type of chocolate is used for the bars?
We feature chocolate
from Hershey's® and Nestle Crunch®.
2) What exact bars are used?
The bars are either Hershey's Milk Chocolate® or Nestle Crunch®. Just let us know your preference
at the time of your order.
3) What size are the bars?
They are standard sized 1.55oz bars.
4) Are the the bars Kosher?
Both regular Hershey's® and Nestle® Bars are OU-D.
5) Are sugarfree and pareve bars available?
Yes, we supply these bars for an additional fee. The entire order can be
comprised of any combination of milk chocolate, sugarfree, or pareve chocolate
bars.
6) Am I able to add my own artwork to the bars?
Yes, you may provide your artwork or company logo. It will be color scanned and returned to you with your
order. A small fee of $10 per order will be charged for this service.
7) What type of paper is used for the bars?
Heavy weight premium print stock with
either matte or glossy finish (based on your preference).
8) Will you ship anywhere?
Yes, we will ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping charges vary depending on destination and quantity of product
ordered.
9) What happens in the warmer months?
We operate year round. In the summer, there are two options: 1) to order
just the wrappers (and buy your own chocolate bars which you assemble)
or 2) for us to assemble
the bars for you and ship them in a special shipping cooler. The cost of
such a cooler varies based upon the size of the order.
10) How do I know what my wrapper will look like
before I receive it?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We will forward you a proof of the label
before it is sent to final printing, at which time you can make any necessary
modifications. This ensures 100% customer satisfaction!
11) How long does it take to receive my order?
Expected turnaround time (after payment is received) is, on average, 4-5 business days +
shipping times. RUSH orders can also be processed for a minimal fee.
You will be e-mailed or called, based on your
preference, with the date the order was shipped and its expected arrival date.
